At Essence we are committed to ensuring it is an event everyone can attend. The following facilities are for customers with permanent/ long term disabilities or access requirements and we do our best to make all areas of the festival accessible.

Ticket Info
There are no separate weekend tickets for customers with access requirements. Anyone wanting to attend the festival must register and book tickets as normal.

Mental health and wellbeing
The festival wants to be a safe and happy place for everyone to enjoy. However, the size of the site and the large crowds mixed in with all the different sounds, lights, smells and experiences can be overwhelming especially for customers with mental health, emotional and sensory issues.
The Festival Staff are onsite offering 24-hour emotional support to anyone who needs it.
The woodland is also a calm space for customers where they can have a break from the crowds and noise.
Guide and support dog are welcome to come to the festival, but we ask that you bring any food they would need.
